Chrisi island [ 3 - 4 August ]

A magical two day trekking expedition to an island of exceptional beauty, with crystal clear sea, sandy beaches and a unique cedar forest.

The bus transfers us to the town of Ierapetra, from where we take the boat to Chrisi. The journey lasts one hour and we get off on the south coast of the island called ‘Vougiou Mati’  ( the eye of the ox). We follow a well designed path which leads us to the north coast of the island, to an emerald beach with thousand of fossil seashells, called Belegrina’s cove.

We will also visit the chapel of St Nikolas, the salt lake which still has salt, the sculptured tombs   of the Roman era the ancient port pier and the light house.
